Competing with a Start-up motivated
We are a young and motivated team of entrepreneurs with only one goal: to change the way people are consuming advertising, to engage more with every-day objects and to make the music industry a better place.
Since our very beginning, we have attracted attention from big brands and enterprises with our innovative solution. At first, our beachhead market was the tattoo industry and since then, 2017, we innovated the tattoo industry with a new way to interact with the art on your skin.
Our focus was to always create emotion in our products so, from normal tattoos to marketing campaigns for big retailers or beverage brands, all have been filled with emotion and an easier way to interact.
The story began with Mihai’s idea and ambition and managed to launch the product in September 2017. Since then, Soundwaves have only developed, reaching more than 43,000 users organically and preparing new products to be launched.
In 2019, Radu joined the business and we are making a great team, focused on going global and to develop a sustainable business, which addresses important problems in some very important industries for the society.
This development made us face many challenges, with the greatest one being finding people to complete our team: with a very competitive and inaccessible market - jobs. We are always looking for people as motivated as us and with similar goals in terms of personal development and having an impact on society.
This is one of the biggest challenges not only for start-ups, but even for big enterprises: the costs for finding right and motivated people are getting higher and higher and many potential employees are interested in less consuming jobs where they only need small tasks. And this is not the case for us, we are looking for young and motivated talents that have great goals in terms of the impact they want to have in a company and who have big dreams in life, not ordinary.
We’ve worked with many people over the past years and we realized that you never have to narrow your research in terms of employees or partners in the country that you are established: as an entrepreneur you have to look all around the globe to have the best match and to attract new ideas and mentalities for further development and for an easier international market penetration.
